摘要(中)過去對供應商評選的研究,通常將焦點集中於價格、品質、交期與服務等較可量化的評選準則之衡量,但是鑑於與供應商建立策略性合夥關係是未來採購管理的趨勢,供應商評選準則的考量就不能僅侷限於上述傳統可量化評選準則的思維模式,必須從買賣雙方建立策略性合夥關係的觀點來考量評選準則。 本研究提出以整體績效、技術能力、財務狀況、組織文化與策略及其它重要影響因素等五個構面來分別建立評選指標,並經由案例實際模擬運作發現,AHP模式確實可以將定性與定量的資訊以具邏輯性的方式加以分析,並做出快速有效的決策,評選出最適當的供應商。 經由本文之研究探討,主要可歸納三項研究成果: 一、瞭解買賣雙方建立策略性合夥關係時,供應商評選準則除了考量傳統較可量化的價格、品質、交期與服務的績效指標外,供應商的技術能力、財務狀況、組織文化與策略及其它重要影響因素亦需併同考量。 二、以AHP法作為建立權重的基礎,確實能將複雜且涉及層面廣泛的策略性合夥關係供應商評選問題予以系統化的處理,有效提升決策的準確性及合理性。 三、本研究之策略性合夥關係供應商評選AHP模式,可提供業界作為與供應商發展策略性合夥關係之採購制定的引用參考,以提升企業的競爭優勢。
