摘要(中)當製程特性服從常態分佈時,V■nnman(1995)定義了一個製程能力指標族Cp(u,v),並探討自然估計式的一些統計性質。 V■nnman在該文中指出Cp(u,v)在製程特性的分佈稍微偏離常態分佈時仍適用。因此,本文中,在製程特性服從Edgeworth分佈的假設下,我們比較數種指標族Cp(u,v)的估計式。
摘要(英)V■nnman(1995) proposed a class of capability indices Cp(u,v). Estimation of Cp(u,v) has been investigated extensively but only restricted to normal distributions. In this paper, we consider a class of estimators of Cp(u,v) for near-normal processes which can be modeled by the truncated Edgeworth series distribution.
