摘要(中)口譯常被視為語言之間的轉換。然而,就溝通的角度而言,訊息不僅具備語言及非語言層面,也可透過有聲與無聲管道傳達。在人無法不溝通的情況下,口譯服務者似乎必須顧及原文訊息的非語言因素。在透過短逐步口譯進行的溝通場合中,譯者必須面對面與聽眾接觸,而譯者對非語言層面的處理方式,就可能成為聽眾評估口譯品質的標準之一。 為瞭解參與口譯場合者(業者、講者、譯者與聽者)對短逐步口譯中非語言因素的觀感,筆者先以「多參數描述法」敘述短逐步口譯場合,再以「逐步與同步口譯:講者、聽者及譯者的符號接收與傳遞模型」為基礎進行問卷調查。結果顯示各參與者的期望雖不甚相同,但都會將譯者在非語言層面上的表現納入考量,從「譯者=講者」的角度觀之,講者/譯者在視覺上的一致性,似乎可做為探討口譯品質的出發點。
